RETURN POLICY

We appreciate your business and thank you for your purchase. To continue to provide our customers great savings, we must insist that all of our items are ALL SALES FINAL, NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURN.

In the highly, unlikely, event that you find a manufacturer defect and you have purchased this item directly from EVENT SALES, please send in the unused item along with your original receipt and packaging to:

Please file a claim, using our claim form below, describing the problem and if you would like an exchange or refund. Customers must pay the return shipping for their product, and the replacement shipping will be covered by us.

If the sales receipt does not say “EVENT SALES”, you have purchased this item from one of our distributors. Please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy.

There is no warranty policy for Bamboo Traditions

Each Garden Doormat includes a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Take it home, try it, wash it and fall in LOVE with it! If not we will buy it back. The customer must provide the original receipt and packaging, and ship the product back to the company, at the customers expense, in order to receive the buy back.

The Garden Doormat also has a 5 year warranty. Simply send the product back to the company, at customers own expense, with original receipt and the manufacturer will send a new doormat, at their expense.

In order to use the warranties, the customer must register their Garden Doormat at http://gardendoormat.net/. The customer will have 7 days, from the date of purchase, to register their Garden Doormat.

There is no warranty policy for Infinity Lights.

Each Knapbag™ includes a 5 year warranty. *Please note the warranty is good for five years from the date of purchase. Any rip, tear, puncture or hole will be covered under the warranty.
 
The customer will be required to register their Knapbag before filing a claim, please visit https://knapbag.com/warranty to register your Knapbag. There is no charge to register for the Knapbag™ warranty.
 
If there is a manufacturer defect, the damaged Knapbag shall be returned, by the original customer, at the customers own expense, with original receipt and original packaging. The customer will also be required to pay a $22.00 fee ($35.00 fee for Canada*) for replacement shipping and packing charges.
 *Customers in Canada are also required to pay for any customs duties or taxes.

Nature’s TurnPrep™ 3 year warranty only covers the motor or any manufacturer defects. The warranty will not cover any cosmetic damages, such as scratches, cracks, broken trays or anything caused by normal wear and tear.

Once the Nature’s TurnPrep™ has been purchased, the customer will have 30 days, from the day of purchase, to register their warranty. To register your warranty, please visit https://naturesturnprep.com/warranty. In order to use the warranty, the customer will need to provide the original receipt and return the original product and original receipt back to the manufacturer, at the customers expense. The manufacturer will cover the replacement shipping.                                          

There is no warranty policy for Play Sprockets

The Sonoma’s Best Wine Kit comes with a Lifetime Warranty. If the event that the wine opener or chill rod should break or become defective, pay a shipping fee of $9.95 and a new one will be sent to you. The customer must provide proof of the original receipt and a photo of the damaged item before the new product will be shipped to them. 

The Vertical Garden comes with a 5 year warranty. If the planters break or crack, simple send the broken piece(s) back to the manufacturer with the original receipt. The customers will cover the return shipping, at their own expense. The manufacturer will cover all shipping and handling fees for the new piece(s).

All components are warranted for a period of 2 years after date of purchase by the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and weathering, assembly and/or maintenance OR use in a commercial application. At the Manufacturer’s sole discretion, products under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced. The customer will be required to pay for return shipping, and the manufacturer will cover repair/replacement shipping. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging.

Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase. Failures and/or damage which result from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration or modification, failure to maintain, improper assembly or maintenance, service by unauthorized agency or use of unauthorized components or damage that is attributable to acts of God are NOT covered.

Our MesserSchere comes with a Lifetime Warranty. Provide a picture of the broken MesserSchere and pay a shipping and handling fee of $9.95 and we will send you a brand new MesserSchere!
